Pamela C. Silva Díaz is a mechanical engineer, design researcher, and social innovator passionate about using design and engineering as tools for positive change.

 

With more than ten years of experience, her work lies at the intersection of technology, community engagement, and environmental sustainability. Throughout her career, Pam has partnered with communities, nonprofits, foundations, startups, and public institutions across the globe on initiatives related to climate resilience, sustainability, conservation, supporting livelihoods, education, entrepreneurship and community development.

She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Michigan.
